**Do this stretch routine for 5 days and move onto the next exercises**

Exercise 10 (a) - High Reach Exercise 10 (b) - L-eve-L Reach

 Exercise 11 (a) - Single Arm Row Exercise 11 (b) - Reverse Fly Bent Over

 Exercise 12 (a) - Piriformis Stretch Exercise 12 (b) - Pigeon Prayer

How is the world of energy being integrated into your awareness.. 

These are going to continue to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight muscles and aline the body, these exercises and stretches do get slightly harder as you progress through the course focusing on balance, stability, strength, flexibility and most of all postural alignment to allow the body to be free from pain and injury and allow the energy to flow freely through the being for the magickal divine in you to be truly present.. 

The next 3 exercises will be the last in the course... 

Stay present , practice virtues, eat super natural and continue with the yoga as we walk forward into a shift of a higher being with magnifi-cence and higher functions..
