Trio Pepper Mix
1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 yellow bell pepper 20g of chives
Juice of lemon
And 1/2 tsp of salt
Wash the ingredients.
Finely chop the peppers into small cubes and finely chop the chives before placing in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Use as addition to other salads as a bowl of different textures and flavours.
