Ma-g-i-c-k-al Muffin Making

Ingredients:

▪ 1 and a half cups of pure organic gluten free oats

▪ Half tea spoon of bicarbonate soda 

▪ Half tea spoon of pure himalayan rock salt

▪ 2 medium sweet potatoes 

▪ 15 dates 

▪ 100g of blueberries

Step 1

▪ Blend 1 and a half cups of pure organic gluten free oats with half tea spoon of bicarbonate soda and half tea spoon of pure himalayan sea salt

Step 2

▪ Peel, slice and boil 2 medium sweet potatoes 

Step 3

▪ When the sweet potatoes are soft mash them with a fork

Step 4

▪ Wash the dates

Step 5

▪ Hand blend the 15 dates

Step 6

▪ Wash the blueberries

Step 7

▪ use a glass bowl to mix and stir all of the ingredients together 

Step 8

▪ Add the mix to cupcake trays or on a glass tray in small balls

Step 9

▪ Bake on 185°c for 40 mins 

Step 9

▪ Leave to rest on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving
