Couscous Alternative

Preparation time: 5 mins

5 carrots

25g fresh coriander Half lemon


Step 1

Peel and chop carrot and coriander roughly.

Step 2

Use an S blade food processor and add in the carrots with 15 grams of fresh coriander.. and of course...add a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Process until it looks like a couscous texture.

Add to bowl, squeeze of lemon, stir salt to taste Serve with anything you like.
