- Close the feet together, and lock the fingers in your hands to a comfortable position. The reason is to close the circuit of the body. This will stop any life force escaping through your body.
- Do the Rhythmic breath a few times and you should instantly feel the charging.
Continue to do it until you feel balanced, refreshed and charged.
