Exercise 4 - Walking Exercise

  1. As you walk, bring your head up and try to bring your chin slightly in and your shoulders back in great posture, keep your paces in a good similar pattern.
  2. Inhale the complete breath and count in your mind 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 with each step you take and make your exhaling breath on the 8th count.
  3. As you exhale through your nose, also count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
  4. Rest in between your breaths and continue counting the steps mentally.
  5. When you are ready, continue repeating until you feel tired.

Rest as you need and resume at your leisure.

Try to repeat this many times a day.
