Exercise 4 - Walking Exercise
- As you walk, bring your head up and try to bring your chin slightly in and your shoulders back in great posture, keep your paces in a good similar pattern.
- Inhale the complete breath and count in your mind 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 with each step you take and make your exhaling breath on the 8th count.
- As you exhale through your nose, also count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
- Rest in between your breaths and continue counting the steps mentally.
- When you are ready, continue repeating until you feel tired.
Rest as you need and resume at your leisure.
Try to repeat this many times a day.
