Exercise 1 - A Rising Exercise (morning)

  1. Stand straight, place your hands by your sides, head and eyes to the front, keep posture perfect with your shoulders back and knees locked.
  2. Lift your body slowly on to your toes, inhale a Complete Breath, slow and steady.
  3. Retain the breath for 4 seconds staying as you are up onto the toes.
  4. After 4 seconds, bring yourself back to the first position as you slowly exhale fully through your nose.
  5. Now repeat this 4 times, alternating legs on their own, 2 times on each side.
  6. Now finish on the Cleansing Breath.
