Advanced Breathing
Exercise 1 - A Rising Exercise (morning)
- Stand straight, place your hands by your sides, head and eyes to the front, keep posture perfect with your shoulders back and knees locked.
- Lift your body slowly on to your toes, inhale a Complete Breath, slow and steady.
- Retain the breath for 4 seconds staying as you are up onto the toes.
- After 4 seconds, bring yourself back to the first position as you slowly exhale fully through your nose.
- Now repeat this 4 times, alternating legs on their own, 2 times on each side.
- Now finish on the Cleansing Breath.
