What is Hypertrophy?
Hypertrophy is the Enlargement of an organ or tissue. In this case this muscle tissues.. Muscle tissues will enlarge due to the excessive and progressive loads lifted over time and a bigger, fuller, more shaped and stronger muscles are created.
There is also something called Transient Hypertrophy and is what many refer to as the PUMP.... This is found during working the targeted muscle when it is filled with blood increasing its volume temporary..
