Breathing While Lifting
Correct breathing technique while exercising keeps the core tight and spine supported,. Whether you're lifting weights in the gym or house furniture, it can be your natural response to hold your breath. Incorrect breathing can cause faster fatigue, dizziness and increase your blood pressure, which it is possible it can lead to fainting. Breathing correctly when lifting, you will have a more control and alertness during your exercise.
Start by lifting light weights until breathing correctly is second nature, if lifting heavy, it takes more concentration which may lead attention going off the breathing and losing correct breathing. If you find yourself holding your Breath, then the weight is too heavy.
